Onboarding info, carrier requirements, and answers to the questions we hear most. Getting started with Unbound is straightforward — here's exactly what to expect.

Onboarding

How It Works

01

Reach Out

Contact us by phone, email, or the quote form. Tell us about your truck, equipment type, and preferred lanes. No paperwork yet — just a conversation.

02

Carrier Setup

We'll send you a simple carrier agreement and collect your MC/DOT number, insurance certificate (COI), and W-9. Most carriers are fully set up within 24 hours.

03

Broker Packets

We submit your carrier packet to our network of 50+ brokers on your behalf. You don't have to fill out a single broker packet yourself.

04

First Load

Once approved with brokers, we find your first load, negotiate the rate, and send you the rate confirmation. You review, accept, and roll.

05

Ongoing Dispatch

From here, we handle everything — load finding, paperwork, billing, and support — every week. You drive, we manage the business side.
