How much does dispatch service cost?

We charge a flat weekly fee per truck — no percentage cuts from your gross revenue. This means we're incentivized to find you the best rates, not just any load. Contact us for current pricing based on your equipment type and operation.

Do you force dispatch?

Never. You have 100% say over every load you accept. We present loads, negotiate rates, and make recommendations — but you always have the final call. No pressure, no penalties for declining a load.

What if I already have my own broker relationships?

No problem. We can work alongside your existing broker relationships and supplement them with our network. Many of our carriers bring their own preferred brokers and we simply add more options and handle the paperwork.

How quickly can I get started?

Most carriers are fully onboarded and running their first load within 24–72 hours of reaching out. The process is straightforward — we just need your MC/DOT, insurance, and W-9 to get rolling.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes. We specialize in helping new owner-operators get set up and running. We'll walk you through broker packets, help you understand the market, and get your first loads booked.

What lanes and freight types do you cover?

We dispatch all 48 contiguous states and work with dry van, flatbed, reefer, step deck, box truck, hotshot, power only, and RGN/lowboy equipment. If you haul it, we can dispatch it.

You invoice the broker directly (or we invoice on your behalf). We track all outstanding invoices and follow up on collections. Most brokers pay within 30 days; we also work with factoring companies if you need faster payment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. We work on a week-to-week basis. If you ever need to pause or stop, just let us know. We'd rather earn your business every week than lock you in.

What if I have a breakdown or emergency on the road?

Call your dispatcher directly. We're available 24/7 and will handle broker communication, load reassignment, and any paperwork issues while you deal with the situation. You're never on your own.

Do you handle detention and layover pay?

Absolutely. We track your detention time and fight for every dollar owed. Detention, layover, TONU, and lumper reimbursements are all part of what we negotiate and collect on your behalf.

Broker Packets

We submit your carrier packet to our network of 50+ brokers on your behalf. You don't have to fill out a single broker packet yourself.

First Load

Once approved with brokers, we find your first load, negotiate the rate, and send you the rate confirmation. You review, accept, and roll.
